S23 ultra screen dimming

Does anyone know how to stop the screen from dimming randomly? Screen on time or how long the phone has been on doesn't seem to matter, the screen randomly dims by about 20-30 percent.

Do you have adaptive brightness turned on? The phone will detect ambient light and dim or brighten your screen accordingly.

If the screen is flickering I would take to a repair center may need to get repaired

It doesn't flicker, it just dims. Otherwise it's working fine

Mine does the same. No adaptive brightness, and even the drop down menu says it's still full brightness, but the screen dims randomly by around 30%, sometimes more.
Full battery too.
It started that about 4 months after I got my s23ultra.
Even had to do a warranty exchange after hours on the phone with a rep. And now this one does it too. 😞
