Yes the S23 has received updates since 7/23 it got Android 15 UI 7 not to long ago.  If you haven't been getting updates you need to connect your device to a computer and run smart switch to see if a update pops up or take it to a certified repair center to have it updated.

Took phone to 2 different phone shops. It seems this phone has some internal problems with the mother board. Phone hasn't updated since it was made. No worries insurance is gonna take care of it. Thanks everyone for the help
