These are the worst preorder trade-in deals ever. How dare Samsung try forcing us to sign contracts for 36 months with carriers to get the best deals. Gen Mill and Gen Z hate contracts. People need to boycott till they drop the prices for unlocked trade. For the previous s22 and fold and flip 4 models. CLEARLY SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAINWASHED STILL GETTING THEM. Sadly looking for clout as well. How pathetic.
I also am having technical difficulties with 2FA. It is also with ATT it is billing issue between myself and AT&T. So until ( me and AT&T) get it sorted out I am locked out of all accounts. Google,Microsoft,Yahoo, along with serial apps. The phone number is my Otha verification. I tried using a different carrier until (we) get issue resolved, but couldn't use phone number with other carrier AT&T won't let me use it. But I can still get notices from AT&T which most logins state you can receive codes even if your phone is offline. I know another of companies android are working on this issue. What am I supposed to do till then. I have a lot of time and money invested in my accounts. Can't use backup codes if not signed into account, also can't use authentication app because have to be logged in. One thing that did help some is for some reason Protonmail verify by my fingerprint an device Samsung Galaxy A13 5g. If you have account with Protonmail you can get back into the account. I don't know but that's what little advice I have to maybe help.
So I have T-mobile and wanted to upgrade too. Person on T-mobile said as we were originally Sprint we are not eligible for this, as merger is not complete. Also T-mobile said I was eligible for early upgrade nut I had to pay my phone off first. I even though I get an additional 200.00 for trading in my phone.
I am having the same issue with ATT but no one has been able to help. I escalated with Samsung and all they told me clean my Cookies and cache and history. No luck I am fed up with Samsung. They suck!
So I want to upgrade my phone, better deal with Samsung, I try to purchase but when I get to the "add existing account" it doesn't let me continue. Called Samsung, they said to call T-mobile. T-mobile said since I was originally with "Sprint", I'm not eligible for this promotion. As the merger isn't completed yet...
Can you share more details? What are you using to try to order, and what is the issue? Some people had issues ordering via T-Mobile upgrade, but that's all I've seen so far.
