How do I stop that annoying floating bubble from appearing when I take the stylus out?

Update 'When Pen is removed' in the S Pen Settings

It may take some time or a reboot of the phone for the new setting to take affect.

Settings>Advanced features>S Pen>When S Pen is removed>Select "Do nothing"
