It looks like something may have changed.

So they up the UI. And support wastes 2 hrs with me trying to fix.
They need to FIX the UI like it used to be. How do we reach someone to complain?

This phone is a piece of l just bought this phone about 9 months ago and they are telling me l have to get another phone because the wifi doesn't work
