Hi Everyone!

My family has a group chat and have been sharing photos of the newest member of our family. Everyone can see the photos on their iPhones, but I cannot. All that I am getting are the text messages about the photos. I have what I believe is the latest upgrade that was rolled out - One UI 7.0, but am not sure if this has anything to do with this issue. Just know that I had not experienced this issue before, so I am a bit perplexed. I've checked everything that I was instructed to, and all systems are operating as they should. Is anyone else having this issue?

Are you using Samsung Messages or Google Messages?

If you are using Google Messages, turn on RCS chats and you will not have this issue.  If you are still using Samsung Messages, it does not have RCS and, therefore, will not properly communicate with iPhone users.  Even if your Samsung messages app has the RCS function, it is a stunted version of RCS and not compatible with iPhone.
