It's crazy that Samsung made everyone wait for this update for months and months and you would think they would release it at the same time for everyone or at least what phones they know are getting the update but nope Samsung still wants to do the update in Incrimints what happen to you Samsung i remember them saying our updates are going to be releasing quicker and that turned out not to be true. If other companies can do it all at the same time Samsung can they just don't want too 😡

You know what's crazy? People so anxious for this update that they don't recognize the reality of logistics or the mechanism by which updates are released.  The updates are released to the carriers, who then tweak them to work on their networks. They do not release the updates to the users directly.  They also release to the carriers in the order they have decided which model phones get updated first.  If a release date was announced by Samsung, that is the date they are rolling it out to carriers. After that date, you should be contacting your carrier to see what their update schedule is. Or, better yet, just sit still and be patient.  It can take months to roll out all the updates to all the different phone series/models that are scheduled to get them.

Exactly. The only exception is for wifi only devices, like a tablet. I've never had a cell connected tablet and they always get their updates well in advance of my AT&T connected phones. AT&T is also one of the slowest carriers to push out these updates. Is it because they don't prioritize it, or does it really just take that much testing and re-configuring of things to get it just right? I don't know. But I do know that anyone who is complaining about a slow roll out needs to take their grievance to their mobile carrier, not Samsung.

It still amazes me how little patience people have. It's not fast food service, it's technology. It looks simple and magical, but assure you that it is not.

Would you rather have it sooner and super buggy or later a without issues? If you want the former, then sign up for the next beta test.

It's not only the one ui update that's being held up but the Android 15 update that's been released last year!

Yes, One UI 7 is built upon Android 15, so both are delayed. To my knowledge, Samsung has never released a pure Android update.

I know the system and how they put out the updates I'm saying it took 3 months or so for samsung to even release it to the carriers yes if they said in the US one ui 7 is rolling out to customers and it was still taken a longtime than yes I would blame the carriers. My honest opinion is they were gate keeping this update so they could sell more S25 series phones that's just my opinion. Thanks for the feedback anyway.

You say that but you finished your initial post with an absurd statement.  Samsung CANNOT release a new Android OS at the same time as the others do, based on the simple fact that the others are using stock android, whereas Samsung uses a modified version of the Stock Android to give additional features and customizations, ones that are a draw for most to the Samsung line.  To get this programmed takes quite a bit of time, so while yes, Android 15 was released in October, you would still need to give Samsung time to develop literally EVERY screen that comes with stock android.  Android 15 was also released late by google itself, which is what kicked off the "delays" that users are so fond of claiming, but of course, it can never be Google's fault, so................................................
