Since the update to one ui 7, the orientation change shortcut button which used to be locked next to the navigation panel now appears on the top of the screen. Is there a way to lock it next to the navigation panel in one ui 7?

Did you try tilting the other direction? It's still on the bottom for me when tilted left. To the best of my knowledge, there is a way to change this behavior.

Tilting it in other direction still keeps it at the bottom of the screen. It seems the show rotate button on navigation panel feature has been removed from auto-rotate long press menu. Only show button at bottom of screen option is available.

Hey there! I can absolutely understand wanting your shortcuts where you prefer them! When you follow these steps does it put the auto navigation shortcut where you would like it to be?

3. Control Home Screen Rotation:
Open Settings: Navigate to the Settings app.
Go to Home Screen: Find and tap on the Home screen option.
Enable/Disable Rotate to Landscape Mode: Toggle the switch next to "Rotate to landscape mode" to enable or disable the feature.

This only enables or disables the rotation button. It cannot be changed from floating to fixed.
