That's just 9to5 trying to get clicks since the beta isn't released on the Tab S10 in the US yet

I can't see the banner, My model ends in 8U. I have a T-Mobile S23 Ultra

I think they moved it from banners to the notices/activity tab at the top (looks like a megaphone :megaphone:)

I checked, but I didn't see anything. Maybe it's for unlocked models only for now.

From what I read, it is only for the unlocked devices.  T-Mobile did participate in the S24 lineup, but there is no mention of them in the S23 beta announcement, so it looks like this is for devices ending in U1 ONLY.
