No Facebook notifications

Could i get some help/suggestions with something?  

For some reason my Facebook app isn't showing notifications on top of the app nor in my notifications center, only inside the app. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it. I've tried cleering cache and data in settings. It's frustrating that the app is suddenly not showing or sending notifications and not sure why.

Is anyone experiencing this?

May want to see if there is an update available for the app or uninstall the app and reinstall of that doesn't work. I've had this same issue in the past.

There is no update showing in the app store. And already deleted and reinstalled twice.
I used ro get multiple notification icons but recently nothing. I have a feeling its a glitch in an app update.

The reinstall worked for me. I guarantee you the next update that comes out will fix it

Oh darn . Ive reinstalled it twice from google play. How can u be sure the next update wil work?

Ive checked fb settings. What does the rest say about the battery?

Settings➡️ Battery➡️ background usage limits. See if it is listed in there

Its not in there nor in sleeping apps
