Galaxy S23If you bought it refurbished, it may have been an AT&T phone originally. If you were able to activate it on Verizon, then it was an AT&T unlocked phone, not a factory unlocked phone. If you bought it from Verizon, they may have sold/given you a refurbished trade-in phone and reflashed it with Verizon firmware and it somehow reverted back to AT&T's firmware. In any case, there are two options to try for your update: 1) find someone with an AT&T SIM (active or inactive) that will let you borrow it to look for an update, 2) Connect your phone to a PC and download Smart Switch for PC and look for the update from Samsung's servers. A possible third option would be to go to a uBreakiFix location and see if they can update it and/or flash it back to Verizon's firmware.
