Suddenly my Modes and Routines stopped working. I tried almost everything from restarting the phone to deleting all data and cache (no I have lost all the created routines) but still no effect. When I open the application it seems froze and when I am trying to make a new routine I see no options, its like the application database is gone !! This happened all of sudden

Modes and routines are part of the Operating System, so if you installed something called Modes and Routines, it was not a Samsung product. There is a Modes & Routines app in the Play store, but it is NOT from Samsung and is likely meant for people with non-Samsung phones who want to utilize the features.

Also, Samsung had identified the issue with Modes & Routines and was working on a fix, which I believe has now been applied.

Had the update this morning and looks as if it's been sorted. Impressed with the quick fix, thanks all ๐Ÿ’ช

The moderators are.  That's their job.  Also, people properly put in feedback on the issue.  That's how fixes get made.

It's November & my modes and routines is not working properly.

Have you put in an error report?  It's possible the gradual deployment of the fix has not reached you yet, but you should put in a report anyway.

Have had the same issue in my S24 Ultra. Was just spinning and unable to switch modes and becuase I had set it to restrict certain apps or all non essential apps especially when battery was low on certain modes even when attempting to restart phone it was still spinning in modes and routines and unable to use turn off any modes and as a result could not use any apps. When an app misbehaves I simple go into settings and clear the data but was very reluctant since doing that clears all my modes and routines. I had check the backups via Samsung Cloud and could not find any App on the list named Modes and Routines but cleared it anyway since urgently needed access to an app and as a result once I did do this had access to all my apps again and Modes and Routines was working but everything was cleared and now I needed to start over. At first I was a little frustrated then I remembered even though Modes and Routines might not be in the app backup list it is a system app and it should be part of settings since especially when transferring to a new phone modes and routines did copy over. I did had the latest one backup so restored settings only in Samsung Cloud and this was able to restore all my Routines and Modes
