Microsoft apps not working after update

Microsoft word, Excel, and one note will not open after the update. I trusted uninstalling and reinstalling, cleared cache and data, still doesn't work.

@JoshSmith81 Ugh, I wondered if that would be the case. 

Since other people aren't experiencing this issue, it is probably some type of conflict with another 3rd party app on your phone.

Seems reasonable to me as a former developer and current Technical Project Manager.

Try to open one of the apps. Then, report the issue mentioning only that app immediately after that. The log will have pertinent information related to that app.

I am having the same issue on my S23U. Apps worked fine before the update so far none of the fixes are working and Office Mobile isn't installed. I think it got replaced by Co-pilot 365 at some point.

Go to Office Mobile and allow the last 3 permissions

Wow, thanks. That fixed it. I am getting an error code in one note when I open it, I sent it to Microsoft

I'm having the same issue but do not have Office Mobile on my phone, I think it was replaced by Copilot 365. Unfortunately, this isn't working for 365. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have office mobile because it was restored when I got this phone. Maybe you can download office mobile APK and try
