So this is like my 3rd time posting about this. Everything is connected and sett up right as far as I can tell but for whatever reason I'm still unable to send and receive messages as chat. It doesn't work on Google messages or Samsung messages.

Restart your device. I have seen this issue with one of my friends where sometimes his connection is not reliable and the app shows "waiting until a person is back online". I also have enabled "automatically resend as sms if chat is not available"

Interesting. Have you tried to clear data of Google messages app? Turn off RCS feature, clear app's data. Restart your phone and then launch the app, enable RCS/chat feature and see.... Additionally, make sure your Google play services are up to date.

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to receive text.

You can try the troubleshooting here for messages being slow, not sending, or cannot be received. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001439/

Text messaging is a service provided by your carrier. If the troubleshooting steps do not work, you will need to follow up with your provider for additional assistance.
