I hesitantly updated my S23 to ONE UI 6.1 & unfortunately the volume has decreased DRASTICALLY!!! The volume is VERY LOW even on MAX during phone calls & or streaming vids!!! This update SUCKS!!! Stay FAR AWAY from the ONE UI 6.1 update unless u get hearing aids to help w/the low volume๐๐คฌ
Take it to your local Samsung Service Center whether that be a uBreakiFix or a Batteries Plus and have them run diagnostics. They may have to replace the speaker module.
If the speaker failed the diagnostic, it does not mean that the update caused the failure.

its not the speaker, its the update. It happened for me and everyone else who did the update around September of last year. I initially thought I was going deaf because everything on my phone sounded very low, but everything else in life sounded the same. I ended up finding out they lowered the volume drastically with that update. Really wish they would bring it back to what it originally was before last years update ๐
