Is anyone else having trouble typing on the S23? It's like I'm totally illiterate with this thing whether it's tap or Skype. I changed the Sim card and did the touch screen diagnostics. Even when I tap an autocorrect word, somehow, it still chooses a wrong word! **bleep**?!

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about this. I can certainly understand the frustration of your keyboard not registering the correct inputs. The first thing to try s resetting your keyboard settings.

For Gboard: https://support.google.com/gboard/answer/9058584?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid

For general troubleshooting of the Samsung Keyboard: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209532/

If that doesn't resolve the mis-inputs, it is possible a third-party application may be responsible. You can check this with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If this continues to happen even in Safe Mode, then it may be time to try a factory reset. Be careful to back up anything you wish not to lose, as this will revert the phone back to its pre-setup days for a fresh start: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
