Hi,

I'm a user of the Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23. I've been using your products for years and recently encountered two annoying issues. First, the Samsung Push Service regularly sends notifications and advertisements on my device against my initial preferences. I paid for this phone, and I don't want any system app pushing advertisements. I havenā€™t found a way to disable it yet, but even if I do in the future, it should never be enabled by default.

The second issue is with the new "Spelling and Grammar" feature on this device, which doesn't work well for a wide range of contexts. Why does your system feel the need to read and analyze my texts to decide whether to correct my grammar or not? To give you two simple examples, it doesnā€™t check the grammar of sentences like "You're a bad person" or "God is out of her mind." It seems sensitive to politics, religion, and anything that doesn't align with your AIā€™s assumptions and the underlying ideology. Your role is not to filter or judge us.

Please be careful, as your reputation could suffer quickly if these issues persist. I urge you to take this message seriously and address these errors as soon as possible.

Notifications come from specific apps. Advertisements come from rogue apps. Find the apps that are sending advertisements and notifications and adjust accordingly. This is not a Samsung issue. Also, you can turn off the AI features of the phone.

Turn on the notification categories: settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app.  Then go into the apps that are sending you unwanted notifications and turn of any category of notification you do not want to receive.  As I said, advertisements do not come from Samsung.  They come from some app you installed yourself, with the possible exception of the Galaxy Store.  You cannot turn global notifications off on the store, but with categories enabled, you can turn off everything except the two mandatory notification categories (app updates and important updates).
