Is there a way to update OS through mobile data?

Is there a way that i can update my OS through data, i have unlimited data and no wifi

@OneDan This ability is carrier dependent and most carrier's do not allow it. They don't want their cellular data network taking a big hit when they release an update.

What I do if I am away from WiFi is I will use hotspot on another phone
