Galaxy S23It has been proven scientifically too, because the processor was arguably the best chipset ever made, the Qualcom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy. Because it fixed past heating problems and throttling with the S21 and S22 series.

Hello Samsung
By the topic name, i want to talk about how the major OS updates on the S23 series need to be extended.
People might find this topic a bit outdated because it's three years old now. But simultaneously, the Samsung Galaxy S23 is absolutely capable of handling up to 7 years of OS updates whithout problem because of it's hardware. The Qualcom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy (arguably the best processor ever made by Qualcom providing you), is fully capable of up to 6-7 years of OS updates until Android 19-20, whitout any noticeable heating expect the first day because the hardware will process the major update.
What I'm requesting from you, dear Samsung, is to maybe add possibly 1 or 2 more years of major OS updates and 2 years of security patches. Just like back in 2021, when you moved the S21 from 3 years to 4 years of major OS updates. I know that you are encouraging people to buy newer models by keeping the limit whith the S23, so users would buy the S24 or S25 at the cause of more updates and security patches. But the S23 is very capable, maybe just limiting it to the S23 and not the S22 or S21 would make customers more content whith their purchases, and might possibly increase your sales somehow.
Dear viewers, if you find this post reasonable, please leave a like!

Galaxy S23Well we can only hope. Since I just bought my s23, what matters is that this topic stays as a suggestion, maybe they will agree both Samsung and Qualcomm, maybe only Samsung, or maybe neither. To be honest, since it's still on the latest software updates, I'm not mad about it yet.

Galaxy S23Well my comment remains a suggestion, though I'm not that bothered by the lack of support. To let you know I did know the schedule before buying it, just didn't think much about it, which I don't regret that much.
