How to turn off notification sounds after ending a call on a S23?

Hi! Does anyone know why or how to turn off the notification sound after ending a call no matter if it's incoming or outgoing? It's the same notification sound that I use when someone texts me.

In the phone dial settings around the middle ring tone alert settings

Open the Samsung Phone app and tap the three-dots menu in the upper right corner.

Tap "Settings".

Tap "Call alerts and ringtone".

The top section of the page (Call alerts) has the toggles you're looking for.
