On some incoming calls with my hearing aides (Oticon More 1) connected audio goes to the phone speaker instead of my hearing aides and cant be changed. On ending that call the phone goes to a black screen, freezes and wont shut down holding the power button. I have to wait for it to restart on its own. This is unacceptable as it not just an inconvenience but has a negative affect on my quality of life. I have searched online for a solution and tried every solution I could find to no avail. I send the logs via members app after every crash.
Further, when using android auto, the Bluetooth shows as still being connected to the car long after being disconnected. I have to turn the Bluetooth off and back on manually to reconnect again.
These issues did not exist prior to One UI 7 upgrade.
Same issue. Kirkland aids worked FLAWLESSLY until the One UI 7 "update". Now when I place a call it rings once and then the hearing aids disconnect and it goes to the speaker on the phone. If I answer a call it will go on my hearing aids and then disconnect and go to the speaker then I will chat for a while using the speaker and suddenly my hearing aids will reconnect, pain in the neck no response from Samsung support
Same here, retired my hearing aids as even if I turn off bluetooth now the Roid O/S randomly turns them on and off again during calls, only since the update. I guess Google never heard of a Beta Test.
ON incoming calls my phone rings hearing aid is connected (TruHearing) the caller can hear me but I can't hear them unless I put the phone on speaker. I have reinstalled the hearing aid app, shut off the phone, shut off the hearing aids and I still can not hear the person on the other end. when in my car the call goes to speaker. I did not have this problem before.
I'm having the same problem with my Oticon that Yaakovv is having. Is anyone else having the issue where the sound is going to their hearing aids even when the aids are on their base charging? I can be watching a video on my phone in my living room and suddenly the sound stops and when I try to unmute it, I realize it's connected to my hearing aids in my bedroom.
