On some incoming calls with my hearing aides (Oticon More 1) connected audio goes to the phone speaker instead of my hearing aides and cant be changed.  On ending that call the phone goes to a black screen, freezes and wont shut down holding the power button. I have to wait for it to restart on its own. This is unacceptable as it not just an inconvenience but has a negative affect on my quality of life. I have searched online for a solution and tried every solution I could find to no avail. I send the logs via members app after every crash.

Further, when using android auto, the Bluetooth shows as still being connected to the car long after being disconnected. I have to turn the Bluetooth off and back on manually to reconnect again.

These issues did not exist prior to One UI 7 upgrade.

I have uninstalled my hearing aid app, reinstalled it, went through all the steps to pair the hearing aids with my phone, still whn I get a call they can hear me but I cant hear them. I also went into blue tooth settings and unconnected them then reconnected them. I think it must be this update.

I also went to Verizon to see if they could help, but they could not find out what was wrong.

Glad it's not just me having issues with connection. My aids (resound omina) are bluetooth connected to phone (25 ultra) but calls are not audio on my aids. I just upgraded (fromm 22 ultra) my phone per dr suggestion thinking would work better. Its a daily struggle when I get calls.

Hello, I'm a developer based in South Korea.
On Samsung devices running One UI 7.0 / Android 15, Bluetooth scanning fails to operate continuously, which is critically affecting our application.

Despite multiple inquiries submitted to Samsung's MX Division in Korea, I have yet to receive any formal response or resolution.
This lack of communication is deeply disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the impact on developers relying on Samsung platforms.

I am having similar issues with my hearing aids. Yes everyone is have reinstalled app, hearing aid, reset and set on and off features all without success. I am using Starky hearing aids, My Starkey App and I am connected to my Samsung S23 Max via LE Audio. Phone works but alarm notifications do not, and please people do not suggest turning on notifications as I have tried and Samsung does not have such a feature for the Clock app (that's the alarm and timer features I use are). Phone works, streaming works, notifications via My Starkey work but only when that app has notifications turned off. PS I didn't want an AI phone and have turned all that **bleep** off cause it's making a mess of things on this phone.

I have the S25 Ultra and have owned many Ultras/Notes and they have always been great until now.  I have worn hearing aids for years.  I had the S22 Ultra previously and they worked fine with the Philips 9040 hearing aids.  With the S25 Ultra I have had nothing but issues, the phone freezes when attempting to make phone calls.  The only way to recover is a hard reboot.  Numerous tickets with Samsung, absolutely no resolution.   I have reset many times and in the end I found that if I do not pair my hearing aids I never have a problem.  As soon as I pair them the issue returns.

Android auto will also hang on 'disconnecting' in the bluetooth settings when the hearing aids are connected to bluetooth.  The only way to force disconnection is to restart bluetooth.  If the hearing aids are not connected then android auto works fine.

It is sooooo annoying and unacceptable for a premium phone.

Samsung just keep saying that the log files have been provided to the research and development team for further analysis.  Their customers who have hearing issues must be low priority.  iPhone will now be my next buy.

I feel your pain! You are the only person I have heard of having similar issues to mine. I have had Bluetooth issues since I got my phone but not something I could put my finger on.  Than after One UI 7 the freeze ups started. I had to stop using wireless Android Auto in my  car too.  IPhones are their connectivity issues too.  Be sure and test drive well before keeping one.  Thank you for your reply.
