Swipe to the right on the home screen to see Google Discover stop working. I had to restart the phone to make it work. Anyone having the same problem?

To test:
Long-press the Home screen.
Swipe to right.
Turn off the toggle and then turn back on.
Click the Home button
Try swiping again.

Make sure your Google App is up to date. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Google > storage > clear cache
May also be an issue with one ui home. You can try clearing cache in the same way.
If the issue is still not resolved, try restarting your device
