Full Screen not working on Videos

I have struggled for the last few days trying to get my videos to go full screen. The Full Screen Apps doesnt appear on my phone. 

Has anyone found how to make Prime, Netflix and YouTube go full screen

I know for sure YouTube and Netflix have pinch to zoom for the videos to take up the full screen but it is cropped in, for some videos I usually don't mind, if that helps.
