I just bought two restored S23 phones. One mirrors on an external monitor - the other does not. Only the welcome screen shows on the monitor. Is there a permission I need.to turn on?
Hello farmerboy-dave, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns about your device not mirroring to an external monitor. How are you trying to connect to your monitor? Are you getting any pop ups for connection? First verify that your monitor supports Smart View and make sure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
To use Smart View: Open quick settings and tap smart view, then select your monitor from the available devices and tap start now. If prompted enter a pin or allow access to complete the connection.
