Experiencing lag and choppy audio when Tik Tok videos

So I was on tiktok watching vids and somehow the audio was choppy and laggy my phone was lagging alot.one time I turned on my phone and my notification sound was laggy

When I have my Bluetooth turned on for audio and calls and when someone calls i can hear them but they can't hear me plz tell me how to fix this problem.
