Galaxy S23Depending on your tech level you could also try looking for the firmware online and flash with Odin but that requires some tech skills but generally you can find tons of posts on the Internet how to use Odin to update with step by step directions.

Galaxy S23After that the only likely thing is either live with it, update via Odin, or pay someone to update it via Odin. There are no easy ways to fix the update process once it's been broke that I know of. I believe the biggest problem is conflicted csc number for the network the phone is on. I would say if you have any confidence in your tech abilities start looking for the steps to update via Odin.
You want to look up the firmware for the model number of the phone. If you find the proper firmware you can download it then look for steps to update the phone via Odin. It's not hard per say, you just need to make sure you follow directions step by step.

Galaxy S23If you have a uBreakiFix location near you, you can see if they can flash the update for you. Is it a factory unlocked refurbished model, or is it an unlocked carrier branded phone? If it's an unlocked carrier branded phone, you may have to find someone with that carrier's SIM (working or non-working) and then try looking for the update again. If it was originally factory unlocked, your best bet would be to go to uBreakiFix. I do not know if they would charge you for it, but it would likely be a nominal charge for their time.
