Contacts Recently Added list with One UI 7 Update

Just got One UI 7 update on my S23 Ultra and noticed that there is a "Recently Added" list in my Contacts that appears before my Favorites list. First, these contacts are/were not recently added contacts and, second, I cannot find a way to delete the list without deleting the contacts. The update seems to have randomly created this list, which is stupid! Please find a way for us to either delete this list or, at the very least, move it below the Favorites list.

Easier solution found than going 1 by 1.

Settings>apps>phone>force stop>clear cache>clear data>close & reopen phone app & then go to contacts. Recently added section all gone!

I open up the recently added contacts. Select favorites, then click off the favorite.
I think its redundant to have our recently added contacts to remain in top of our favorites list! Moronic stupid

Favorites star is yellow in individual contact page but still not added to Favorites. Not happy with revent Updates. My personal lists should never be affected/changed. Update Samsung system not my system please.
The Delete procedure for Text Messages makes me think I've deleted one msg but I lose all of a contact's msgs unless I archive. Would like to see Archive command moved farther away from Delete command.

This update was the worst.   First it says update now.  I did not want it.  So it says at 2 AM.  I said ok.  It did the update now.    Then I can not find my phone numbers  because of the Recently added.    It says  "Recently Added"   But most of the numbers were from my old Apple phone.   Does Samsung want to drive away all customers?    Mark my words.  Next year they will be in trouble.

     This phone started to lock up after 6 months.   It locks up.  I have to turn the screen off and sign on again back on.   Sometimes I have to turn it off and back on.    Later this year when I replace it.  Samsung will not be on my list of phones.

so i delete them, but the next new contact goes in the same place above the favourites list.

I need to be able to move the Recently Added to below the Favourite list or not have it there at all.

I can't stand the AI on Google for everything, and I don't really care for Duck Duck Go as it doesn't have the Futures that Google has

Now this is really weird, I have looked on Google to see how to fix this and it brought me here. I just went to delete each new contact from being at the top by going through them one by one as mentioned here. So I go back to my contacts and those are all gone now! **bleep** this phone's really listening to me but now it's working with me without me doing anything LOL

Click on the three horizontal lines on the upper left, then click the Gear Icon upper right. Toggle off the Show Frequent Contacts button.
