I want to be able to record CRT TVs with my phone but it's very difficult due to the flickering. Changing the Hz rate from 60 to 59.94 of the recording would help, but I don't know if it's possible.
@starstat13 Even if you matched the scan rate of the CRT, you would need to sync the start of scan with that of the TV. If you didn't, you would most likely end up with a black bar across the image.
