Chrome scratched up

Guys I just received my s23 ultra and the chrome is scratched which I noticed as soon as I took it out the box, did anybody else get their like that? Also the sticker thingy on the front screen wasn't even lined up right which is making me think it was opened or SMH but I ordered of the Samsung website. Idk what to do or if i need to email them please help 😞

if you just received the phone, I'll bet the "scratches" you're seeing are, rather, the protective film around the edge of the phone......peel that off

My protective film had scratches and I thought it was damaged chrome as well fwiw

Don't know what to say in terms of misaligned screen protector though
