My Galaxy S23+ just updated this morning and since the update my contact id's no longer show up. I've checked the setting, cleared cache and restarted my phone and it still doesn't work and the pictures are showing saved to the contact. How can this be fixed? What's the point of having a contact picture for your contacts if it's not going to show up while you're on the call. Please fix this, it was working fine before this update was done. I have also done everything in the best practices article and it still doesn't work. I'm alright with all of the other updates that were done but I would still like for the picture that I have saved for my contacts to show when I get a call and while I'm on the call.
I've been looking for a solution as well. My son likes to look at the phone during calls to see who it is and it's just a blurry picture now instead of the profile Pic that used to show up. The picture still comes up when receiving the call, though
