Bose Queit Comfort Ultra Earbuds connected but no audio

Hi there, 

Just wanted to share and check if anyone else is facing this issue, I'm currently using S23 ultra and using Bose Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds but recently I'm been having intermittent connection issues, connected with audio but after a few minutes, it cuts off and no audio playing but still connected. I've tried resetting the earbuds, restarting my phone multiple times and no solution. I've even went to Bose service centre for a check and they've changed a brand new set of earbuds for me. Same issue is happening, so I'm sure that my phone is the issue. Also I'm not sure if this issue is related to the latest update by Samsung, it's only happened since. I've tried connecting my earbuds to my Samsung S8 tablet with no issues, only my phone is giving this problem. 

How do I go about for this?

Hello Gohjr, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to experience the intermittent Bluetooth connection. Resetting the earbuds and restarting the phone are great steps to try.

Something else that may help is to reset the Bluetooth settings. You will need to re-pair the earbuds with the phone, along with any other Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices you have connected to, but this does not delete any other data. Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
