App virus

Some app installed itself and is running in the background it has a virus and can't find app phone and app diagnostics say everything is fine

Samsung’s Nice Catch app can help identify the offending app so that you can delete it. Turn on the various categories in Nice Catch.

When the undesirable behavior happens again, check Nice Catch to see which app triggered it.

Did it work I have a virus c360lomowarm? And I don't know if it will transfer to my new ZF7

Go to secuity settings and turn on app protection and run a scan. Download MalwareBytes and run a svan and keep it active in the background. As suggested, use nice catch to identify the app it came from and uninstall the app. Since the virus is already active, it may or may not identify the offending app. The malware scanners eill.

Did that work for you? I might have a virus c360lomowarm. This shows up only when I scan the phone Z F 4. I want use the 4 because I have the zf7 now. Any help would be great. Thanks
