Galaxy S23Do you have the app to allow background data usage? If you tap and hold the app icon until a popup appears, select the circle with the "i" icon to get to the App Info, then under usage select Mobile Data and check to see if you are allowing background data usage. If not toggle it on and see if it works.

Galaxy S23Try clearing the app data. This will not affect the actual data saved in the app/account, but you will have to reconfigure your settings and permissions all over again. This has basically the same effect as uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
