It was suggested I post here because I already tried Google Play groups as well as Alexa groups. 

I was getting this error trying to update the app. I then uninstalled it and was going to reinstall. It will download but gives this error at install. Every other app works so it isn't my connection. I've cleared cache for my system. Google Play and Google Play Services. I uninstalled updates and cleared data for Google Play. Restarted my phone when clearing system cache and multi times after. Nothing has worked.

Did you force stop before you cleared the data and cache?
If not, try to:
- Force stop:
- Play Store
- Google Services
- Download Manager
- Clear the cache and data for each one of them.
- Restart your phone.
- Try to install it.

I did all that. Except for download manager because I don't see that anywhere

Download Manager is a system app so it's hidden.

⁃   Settings  ≻
⁃   Apps  ≻
⁃   Click The Icon

⁃   Turn "Show System Apps" on  ≻
⁃   Press OK  ≻

⁃   Download Manager will be Displayed.

Try:

Delete the Amazon Alexa App.

Then Wipe The Cache Partition (if you didn't).

Try Installing the Amazon Alexa App again.

If it doesn't work, try installing the Amazon Alexa APK file (do a web search).

I already cleared the system cache.

I found the download manager and that didn't work either. I'm gonna try the APK

Can you try turning off your VPN and then installing the app again? I see you have a vpn on

VPN was off when I tried. It was on during the picture because I was working. I just wanted to show the error.
