⁃ Apps ≻
⁃ Click The Icon
⁃ Turn "Show System Apps" on ≻
⁃ Press OK ≻
⁃ Download Manager will be Displayed.

Try:
Delete the Amazon Alexa App.
Then Wipe The Cache Partition (if you didn't).
Try Installing the Amazon Alexa App again.
If it doesn't work, try installing the Amazon Alexa APK file (do a web search).
