Android 14 photo picker does not give full access

I have an art app that I granted full media access to, but when I go to import any media, the photo picker still says that the app does not have permission. Why can't I use the normal photo picker (Now I have to hit a few extra menu items to get to it.) This is really dumb, especially when I've granted the permissions and it just ignores that.

I would suggest contacting the app developers and submitting this too them so they can fix it.  You should be able to locate the contact info in the store on the app

You're welcome they may need to update something in the app to allow it.

Yeah, I just checked on my tablet, and it says the same thing, so they need to update the app to allow it
