why my S22 don't have satellite menu icon?

if I want to use T-mobile T-satellite service,  is it normal there is no satellite networks icon? is it the problem of android version?  my android version now is 14

Have you tried putting in the sim card in and restarting the phone

yes, I have put the sim card in and restart many times, there is no display of satellite connections icon.

Just my 2 cents but I think its only on certain models at moment i could be wrong been awhile since I read anything on it

some normal working phone have the menu satellite networks as attached, but my phone don't, I don't know why.

standard T-Mobile plan with a Samsung Galaxy S22 does not include T-Mobile's satellite service, T-Satellite. The S22 lacks the necessary hardware, and you would need a newer phone model, like a Samsung Galaxy S24, to access the Starlink-backed satellite messaging.

Are you on a T-Mobile plan that includes satellite access? I, specifically, am not. And, also because it's an S22 and not capable of receiving satellite signals, so there would be no option to do so.

The S22 is capable. However T-Mobile will install an esim that will connect you to Starlink.
