Yes, feedback is the best way. But, ideas for what? You can also put up a post about a feature request. Can't say it will do very much other than pique the interest of other users, but the moderators might flag it for the developers. Can't count on that, though. If you post, include "feature request" in your header/title.

Samsung is unlikely to ever acknowledge negative feedback unless it has a cost a) Never acknowedged the negative feedback about Buds3 ANC in incident outdoor wind that started being reported the week of release; b) Provided replacement cuffs for Buds3 on-demand after press reports of the original ones tearing.
While the size of participation in a community post is tiny relative to the press reports about tearing Buds3 cuffs, there is good advice from many people on these forums, the word will spread and even if Samsung never contributes to negative or positive issue posts in forums like these Samsung could learn a lot about making their products more irresistable choices in the marketplace.
I tend to only answer phone photography questions because I have been "pacticing" amateur photography for 40 years but there are plenty of examples where future Samsung phone cameras could be made better (even down to ofering suggestions for basic good purpose and practice for each of the four S25 and similar device back cameras). The value of a Samsung phone would increase much more than from only raving that it has a 200MP camera if they did such things.
Who said anything, anywhere in the original post about negative ideas or feedback? The OP only inquired as to why there was no easy way to submit ideas. The vehicle to submit ideas would depend entirely on what the idea is they want to proffer. So, why are you assuming that there is going to be negative feedback?
