secure folder Error: Unable to move photos and videos

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concern with moving media to a secure folder.Files need to be saved in your internal storage or to your SD card to be moved to Secure Folder. Files saved on your Cloud account can’t be moved to Secure Folder. Please check out this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00081123/. Please view the Move Files to Secure Folder tab.
