Where is my clipboard after 6.1 update??

I can't access my clipboard on certain apps i.e. One Note, Facebook. There is no option when I long press the screen and the icon is faded when I click the 3 dots to add it.

What do you mean it's faded

On OneNote, it won't let me use it. However, I did what you said to make it work on other apps.
