Unable to schedule a text message?

I am not able to schedule a text message. Last week I was able to. When I attempted to schedule one yesterday the feature was not there?

if you are using samsung's default messages app, then hit the + and you will see the "scheduled message" option.

if you are using google messages, then type your message first, then press and hold the send button and you will see some delayed message options.

You can also get to the schedule area by pressing and holding on the "send" button
