Ever since I bought my S22, I have not been able to play my music on the Samsung Music app. I've called Samsung before but have not been able to get it resolved. My music still shows there but when I hit play it super skips track after track. Any suggestions?

Thanks

@Chinche In the file explorer (My Files), find the audio file and press + hold, then select More from the menu at the bottom, then details.

Don't mean to be dense, but are you referring to the file explorer on my computer?

@Chinche No worries! On your phone there should be a file explorer app called My Files.
