Galaxy S22Hello Dukeofk, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your Samsung Email app not working properly on your device. There are a few troubleshooting steps that we can try to get your email app back up running smoothly.
Remove and readd your email account: Settings, Accounts and back up, Manage Accounts, tap your Samsung email account, tap remove account. Now navigate back to manage accounts, tap add account and select the Samsung account and follow the instructions.
By force stopping and clearing the cache and data for the email app, you can troubleshoot any persistent issues and potentially resolve them. Make sure to backup any important data before proceeding. To force stop and clear the cache and data for the email app, follow these steps: Settings, apps, select your email app, force stop, tap storage, clear cache. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.

Perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet
