Screen timeout setting on restart

My s22 ultra screen timeout is always 10 minutes on restart so I have to change it to 30 seconds every time I restart it. How can I change the default so that it is 30 seconds on restart?

Think best option would be to keep at 30 seconds if that's what you prefer or keep at the 10 minute
