Anyone know of a way to hide my starred messages from my inboard.I just don't like it sitting there and would rather keep it safe from accidental deletion.

At the risk of inciting another Samsung vs Google skirmish ... Google Messages has an archive feature for messages/conversations you want to preserve.

I know and I tried the GM app but I've been using SM forever and they have the 'starred message' setting but I just wish I could tuck it away somewhere. Understand??

I get you like Samsung messages, Google does have pin to the top, same thing as starred.

Not the same thing I'm referring to. I don't want it visible. Google has an archive drawer so to speak so it's not visible. Samsung is still there, sure starred and pinned but visible. I know this is a very trivial issue to some but I thought that's what this group is for; to ask stupid questions or highly serious questions and getting helpful messages. I'm sorry to bother everyone!

Not a bother at all. Simple misunderstanding. I'm not sure how to accomplish what you want with Samsung Messages. Maybe someone else will have another suggestion.
