Galaxy S22Hello,
New here, received the ui7 update, since then Bluetooth devices connect intermittently, I have to restart my phone before they connect again, some times it seems like they are connected, then I answer a call or make a call, and the Bluetooth device will not pick up the call and cannot connect even using the phone screen option. I try to turn it on (as the audio person and Google Assistant portion works), but that doesn't make a difference, then I have to restart my phone for Bluetooth to work again - additionally I noticed when I'm having this issue other Bluetooth devices may not be connecting properly at all....this is frustrating as I drive for a living and use a headset.. has anyone else had a similar issue or does anybody have ideas that could help solve this issue?..
I have restarted phone, and it will solve the issue temporarily.. I have unpaired the device and repaired, that does not solve, only restarting the phone solves it, but temporarily.
Thank you in advance.

Galaxy S22Hi there!
Thank you much for this advice, I tried it yesterday, and so far so good, got any advice for the battery drain? That's the only other thing that I've noticed since the update, otherwise everything is great you must be high tech ๐. Thank you much and have a great day!

Galaxy S22My advice for battery drain and any remaining connectivity issues is to upgrade to an iPhone.
That's what I'm about to do after having no solution from Samsung for the One UI 7 update killing several bluetooth capabilities that I use constantly.

Bluetooth Fix for Galaxy S22 Ultra
If you're having Bluetooth issues on the Galaxy S22 Ultra, here's what worked for me:
Go to Developer Options > Bluetooth SAP activation and select "Turn on SAP by force."
After that, Bluetooth started working normally again.
I've attached screenshots with instructions โ hope it helps!(No need to thank me โ just paying it forward.)

Galaxy S22This, followed by restarting the phone and then re-pairing devices has worked on two devices that I tried, so far. Hopefully they will continue to work. Even if not, this SHOULD provide some useful information to Samsung about what their update broke. Thanks for posting this.

Galaxy S22This is only a temporary fix. Bluetooth connectivity issues will show up again.
The only solution so far is to restart the phone every time you have Bluetooth connectivity issues. Hope Samsung issues a patch soon. This is pathetic!
