Never had this issue before, photos have always been very good.
Recently I have noticed photos are blurry. After trying all the recommended ways to fix blurry photos on my phone e.g. reset camera, check for third party apps in safe mode, clean lenses, etc, etc. I have now noticed that taking photos at x1 and x2 at a distance of 1 foot and more, all the photos are grainy. Strangely, when zooming x3 or more, the photos are crisp as expected. Never had this issue before, photos and videos have always been great quality, and am now confused to why the photos at x1 or x2 and videos are of poor quality/blurry/grainy. Please advise.
Same happens for my s25 ultra at x5 zoom. I'm positive this is a software bug, I brought mine in to the store and the rep explained to me that they replaced the camera and the issue persists.
