Please help. My apps are bugged.

I noticed that when I play games or use some media apps. They will just crash after a short amount of time. Usually when something involves loading I noticed as well. This became a thing after the latest system update on my S22 ultra on November 20th. Help of any kind will be very much appreciated.

Since you trace it back to the recent OS update it may be due to a software bug. Try performing a partition cache clear. I do it after every OS and security update to mitigate software bug issues. Here are the steps:

Check your play store. Click upper right profile go to manage apps and device. Check for updates to apps. Sometimes apps will not run on a system update unless they are updated. Developer( not samsubg) is responsible for any app updates. May have to reach out to develioer if problem persists
