New phone - vibrate and silent dont work

• I had to get a new phone from my warranty. Well it seams when turning down the volume, vibrate don't work and when silent the ring still works and some notification. I tried to turn off the alerts but some apps I seam not be able to find.

Try going to settings and search notifications. Then click on the first one (it should be under "top hits"). From there, you could choose what app can send you notifications and what apps couldn't. Hope this helps.

My last phone i could turn down the volume and it would vib or turn sound off. Doesn't anyone else do the same thing? also, why does it say i posted 4 weeks ago? Think I'm actually going to have to call someone.  i know i can go in and change things, sound/vib and ect... Just want the same behavior that my other phone had
