Has anyone had trouble with their s22 Ultra not saving changes to the system such as changing the Do Not Disturb schedule or changing app notifications to silent? Any changes I make go away if the phone is restarted. I've tried safe mode and I also wiped the cache partition. Checked for software update nothing there.
